hypeRory: six weeks! (rory's brain burps)
 After a few failed attempts to meet up in Makati over the last few weeks, Dawn and I finally met up unexpectedly at our friend Liz Claudio's bowling and pizza party last week. Our best laid plans never materialize, but stuff still happens.. which is really cool!
We have 6 more weeks to diet, exercise, save up, pack up, prepare, plan, dream and do all the other things we need to before our adventure. Dawn already elaborated this point in her blog (read below) and so I won't rehash that.
Over popcorn, Dawn and I discovered that we're relational opposites. She's really good at empathizing with other people, being understanding and sensitive to their needs. I'm really good at self-awareness, self-discipline, and self-control. (Yes... in other words,� selfish.)
